Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Favorable Odds LLC ("Favorable Odds", "we") collects through favorableodds.io and our free tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect what we need to reply to you and deliver what you buy, we never sell it, and our free tools keep your data on your own device.
What we collect
- When you contact us or request a free audit: your name, email address, business name and the details you type. If you choose to text us, your phone number and message reach us through your phone carrier.
- When you order a service, plan or shop item: your name, email address, phone number (shop), shipping address (shop), what you ordered and the project details you provide. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
- When you join the tools email list: your email address, the page you signed up on and the date (see "Email updates" below).
- When you download Odd$ Guard: the email address you enter to unlock the download.
- Basic technical information: like every website, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which is used for security and to keep the site running.
Our free tools
- Odd$ Ledger stores your entries only on your device. We have no account system and no copy of your data, and the app sends nothing to us.
- Odd$ Vault processes your files in your browser. Files are not uploaded.
- Odd$ Guard (for Windows and Mac) and Odd$ Tune (for Windows) run on your computer and save their reports there. They don't send us your results; you only share a report if you choose to email it to us.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver the services and products you order.
- To process payments, send receipts, ship orders and manage subscriptions.
- To keep records required for accounting and taxes.
- To follow up about your request or order. If you request a free tool or audit, we may email you about related services; you can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Email updates
If you sign up for "Get new Odd$ tools by email" on the Free Tools page, we collect your email address, the page you signed up on and the date. We use it only to email you about new free tools (about once a month at most). The sign-up is sent from our server to our business inbox through EmailJS and, if we have set one up, to the email or spreadsheet tool we use to send those emails. We don't sell it or use it for anything else. To unsubscribe or have your address deleted, email hello@favorableodds.io and we'll remove you. Apart from the email address you enter to unlock the Odd$ Guard download and this sign-up form, the free tools (Odd$ Ledger, Vault, Guard and Tune) don't send us anything you enter in them.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Stripe for payments, receipts, tax calculation and subscription management (Stripe's privacy policy).
- EmailJS to deliver form submissions and order notices to our inbox.
- Vercel to host this website.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces on some pages; Google receives your IP address when the fonts load. Odd$ Ledger uses its own copy of its fonts.
- Customer-relationship and productivity tools we use to organize requests and orders.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and to a successor if our business is transferred.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. Payment pages hosted by Stripe use Stripe's own cookies for security and fraud prevention. If we add privacy-friendly visitor analytics, we will update this page to say which service we use.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other messages for as long as they're useful for serving you. You can ask us to delete information we don't need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop sending you emails, by writing to hello@favorableodds.io. Plan subscribers can update payment details or cancel at favorableodds.io/billing.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
